TAX ACCOUNTING

Proper planning is essential to minimizing your taxes.  We can help you pay the lowest amount of taxes allowable by law because we continually look for ways to minimize your taxes throughout the year, not just at the end of the year.

All returns are CPA prepared and e-filed (unless the taxing authority does not accept the e-filing of a specific return type).  We pride ourselves on being very efficient, affordable, and of course, discrete.

Individuals: Form 1040; from simple to complex; we have the technical acumen to prepare them all.

Businesses: Corporation (Form 1120), Partnership (Form 1065), and S-Corporation (Form 1120-S) returns.

Payroll: Quarterly and annual Federal, state, and local filings – as well as W-2, W-3 and 1099 forms.

IRS Representation: We can help you navigate and resolve any scenario, including audit representation, notice response, and dispute resolution.

BUSINESS ACCOUTING

As a small business owner you have more important things to do than to keep your own books. We can take care of your books for you, so you can get back to the job of running your business and generating profits.

Full-Service Bookkeeping: Day to day responsibility for all or part of a company’s accounting cycle transactions to produce the company’s financial statements. Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Revenue, Expenses, and Payroll are examples of common sub-processes included in an accounting cycle.

Write-Up Services: Basic monthly or annual tax compliance, bank and credit card account reconciliations, and financial statement reporting using standard month end close procedures.

Financial Statement Preparation: Preparation of compiled or reviewed financial statements in accordance with the most current reporting standards.

Accounting Manager / Controller / Virtual CFO Services: We will work with your current accounting staff to support well-informed decision making including financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, tax position awareness, and general business strategy development and execution analysis.
